This home is constructed with a combination of weatherboard and rendered foam board to the exterior cladding and has a front veranda which gives it great street appeal. 

The total size of this home is 245 M2 and has a large 49 M2 garage.  Plans were designed by the Owner and it was built by Harmony Designer Homes.
