Maurice Cuckow and Lynn  Gutsell, of (Cuckow Property Developments Pty Ltd) trading as Harmony Designer Homes have been designing and constructing quality homes for over 32 years using the best of the old and proven construction methods along with the best of new technologies.

We are not like the larger Housing Companies where you may be told that you must build your home with no or minimal changes to existing standard plans in which thousands of other people have built too.  We pride ourselves in being unique and designing individual homes to suit our Clients personal needs and budget.  We prefer to keep your home unique and not build the same home twice.

It is our aim to provide you with a home that meets your needs and to provide a flexible design service which allows you to make as many changes you desire to obtain the home of your dreams.

I am a Tradie and when I wanted to build my home I had a low budget. Harmony Designer Homes were extremely helpful with ideas and ways in which I could achieve the home I wanted within my budget and because I am a qualified Carpenter and Roofing Plumber, they allowed me to do some of the labour myself provided it was up to their standard as they do not believe in taking short cuts to save costs. This worked out well for me and I was very impressed with the standards in which they expect from their Trades.
